Steel halls / Lightweight Construction / Width 20m

Steel construction of the hall tent consists of 5m-distanced at modular framework single bay schema. Each frame is rigidly fixed in concrete footing with anchors. The concrete footing should be designed to be able to accept the reaction of the steel structure supports to the ground. Between the frames transoms purlins are placed which are rigidly fixed to the belts of upper frame trusses, which are spaced longitudinally in line with the roof slopes at 1.5m. In the pre-end modules of the object roof slopes and vertical bracings are designed. The function of the designed bracings is to stiffen the object in longitudinal direction. Roof slopes and vertical bracings are designed with M12 kl.4,6. The roof slopes and vertical bracings can be placed in the end areas or in the composures of mixed modules such as pre-end and end + middle.

The frame is designed as a system of rigidly connected truss elements in nodes, whose upper and lower belts are RP 70x50x3, and the trusses are RK 40x2. The height spacing of the branches in the cross-section of the roof transom and the column is 400mm between the geometrical axes of the belts.

The roof purlins are designed of single-post trusses with the spacing of the middle belts equal to 300mm. Upper belt is designed of RK 50x2, the lower belt of RK 50x2 and the post of RK 50x3.

The gable walls are designed of frame trusses. The posts are designed of RK100x50x3 profiles in the middle zone and of RP 80x40x3 in the by-edge zone.

On the designed steel building construction the tarpaulin is pulled. There is a possibility of sheathing the sides of structure with trapezoidal sheet, and the roof - with tarpaulin.
